This site plan shows the layout of the buildings, landscaping,
property entrances and exits (one along Main Street and one along Third Street),
the placement of the buildings in relationship to Main Street and Third Street,
and details about the available on-site parking.

Building I is 65'x100' (6,500 square feet). The building was designed with the idea that a single business would occupy the entire building on its own. However, the space can be divided into smaller spaces. The smallest sized unit would be 25' wide by 65' deep (1,625 square feet). The drawing below shows the building divided into four such equal sized spaces. If your business is interested in having a presence at 357 Main Street, but your business seeks to use less than 6,500 square feet and more than 1,625 square feet, dividing the space in other ways can be discussed.
Building I, located in the Northern half of the site, is zoned C-T Commercial Thoroughfare District.

Building
II is 75' x 122.5' (9,187 square feet). Much like Building I, Building II
was designed with the idea that a single business would occupy the entire
building. However, the space can be divided into smaller spaces. The smallest
sized unit would be 25' wide by 75' deep (1,875 square feet). The drawing
below shows the building divided into five such equal sized spaces. If your
business is interested in more than 1,875 square feet, but less than 9,187
square feet, a subdivision of the space in other ways can be discussed.
Building II, located in the Southern half of the site, is zoned M-1 Light
Industrial District.
